• The PGW assigns QoS profile for each EPS bearer, during EPS bearer establishment.
• The QoS Profile includes a few parameters, that determines the behavior the nodes shall provide for the traffic passing through this EPS Bearer.
• The EPS Bearer can be 'GBR Bearer', where it guarantees to provide a certain amount of bit rate for the traffic. Or 'non-GBR Bearer', where it doesn't guarantee providing a certain amount of bit rate to the traffic.
